WELCOME TO OUR FLOOD RELIEF PAGE!

Welcome to the Cinderford Band's Flood Relief page. The band has worked very hard in conjunction with the British Red Cross and the Gloucestershire Community Foundation to provide this service.
This webpage was created by the Cinderford Band and the leaflet was prepared in association with the British Red Cross and the Gloucestershire Community Foundation. The Cinderford Band is most appreciative of the support received from both of these organisations and this leaflet will be distributed at its many concert venues to promote local flood relief awareness.
After the terrible floods experienced in Gloucestershire during July 2007, the band wanted to offer its help to promote flood awareness to communities throughout the region, and to advise people that flood help and support is available.
With the kind support and assistance from the British Red Cross and Gloucestershire Community Foundation, the band has produced a most informative flood relief information document that will be distributed at the many concerts it gives in Gloucestershire.
For all the key information and contact numbers please refer to the Flood Relief information document on this website.
We are a popular and dedicated amateur organisation, which is self funded and steeped in history since our formation in 1879. We have an active Academy Band which provides free tuition and instruments to its members to enable the continuation of the Brass Band tradition in the Forest of Dean.
We are available for Concerts / Fetes / Celebrations / Memorial events etc. Please contact us for more details.
